Coming from the minds of artistic duo Tarek Mawad and Friedrich van Schoor (known as 3hund), utilizing practical lighting presented on the stunning backdrop of Iceland's natural vistas, LUCID was born.
From Tarek // "We had this idea in mind and once the pictures stuck in our head they won’t leave till it’s done. We did some sketches before and knew that it would be a unique piece. We could have done it so easily on the computer but why all the effort? Because that’s exactly what we wanted, to create something new and real without using any post effects. Creating a unique mood that hypnotises by not knowing anything about the size of the objects and using atmospheric long shots."
